Join us for live training at our "Inspect-out" in February. As with all of our "Inspect-outs", we are limited to 12 inspectors, so this is a first-come, first-serve program. Come along with us as we dig through the guts of this early 1900's American Foursquare structure! Afterwards, we will retire to Moi's Center City Bistro for lunch (off the menu -not included) and a recap of the inspect-out. These types of programs are some of the best home inspector training you will receive, as we are afforded the opportunity to learn from each other!

The American Foursquare - Wiki says: "The American Foursquare is an American house vernacular under the Arts and Crafts style popular from the mid-1890s to the late 1930s. A reaction to the ornate and mass-produced elements of the Victorian and other Revival styles popular throughout the last half of the 19th century, the American Foursquare was plain, often incorporating handcrafted "honest" woodwork (unless purchased from a mail-order catalog). This architectural vernacular incorporates elements of the Prairie School and the Craftsman styles. It is also sometimes called Transitional Period.
Don't delay, as this is a limited program!

Meet the Presenter
Tom Sherman
Tom Sherman
After a decade as the owner/operator of a residential construction company, Tom Sherman, a 10-year US Marine Corps veteran, became a professional home inspector in 1998. In 2006 when New York State instituted the Home Inspector Licensing Law, Tom immediately jumped at the chance to become a NY State Certified Home Inspector Educator. Tom was a 24-year ASHI Certified Inspector (recently stepping down from the organization), a Certified Residential Thermographer and a Licensed Drone Pilot, who has worked diligently since 2014 to build NETinspect Home Inspector Training Institute; a training school with a strong appreciation for the in-depth amount of knowledge an inspector needs to competently perform a professional home inspection. Our classes are well researched, targeted to the audience and professionally presented by our group of experts. Join Tom and his team as we delve into the subject matter that will help you to become a more knowledgeable and successful home inspector!
